MAYA KANOE (she/her) is a filmmaker, animator and story artist based in Los Angeles, CA.
Maya is open for work, freelance, or internships associated with storyboarding, story development, animation, and visual development.
Inspired by themes like nostalgia, power, the subconscious, and everything weird in-between, Maya is interested in telling stories that are unique and meaningful through exaggeration and experimentation.
In their free time, Maya enjoys taking road trips and camping with friends, rummaging through old books and posters in vintage shops, and spoiling her cat.
